World Pasta Day is the international event dedicated to pasta and its supply chain, an authoritative forum for discussion that brings together companies, associations, institutions, retailers, stakeholders and professionals from different countries.

Organisers

World Pasta Day is an event promoted by Unione Italiana Food and International Pasta Organisation (IPO), an international point of reference for discussion on the key issues related to pasta and its supply chain.

For the 2026 edition, the congress benefits from the organisational collaboration of Koeln Parma Exhibitions, Fiere di Parma and Koelnmesse, the organisers of Cibus Tec, the exhibition within which World Pasta Day will take place.
